Finally I think that the list of files that needs to be migrated can be just
restricted to those in oak-pojosr package.
Files in oak-run are intended to define commands to use in the groovy console
created when oak-run jar runs. In addition, the files listed for
oak-segment-tar are also used in that groovy console.
Once the PR created in OAK-11247 gets merged I believe we could close also this
one.
