Description: Currently we build with GitHub Actions and [ASF
Jenkins|https://ci-builds.apache.org/job/Jackrabbit/job/oak-trunk-pr/configure]
in parallel. In order to reduce resource usage and to reduce confusion due to
potential contradicting outcomes (e.g. look at the build status for
https://github.com/apache/jackrabbit-oak/commit/1294f240e38f69791978f4392a266a0b814c0195,
ASF Jenkins failed, GHA succeeded) I would propose to disable all Jackrabbit
