We have started the release vote for OAK 1.78.0 this night. The internal
release pipeline (which creates internal releases and automatically updates QS)
will be stopped for today. The release vote for Oak will end after three
business days, Monday night. We'll then request an exception for post-CF
changes, updating the QS to the public version.
