Description:
There are two non-test uses of Jackrabbit's LazyFileInputStream, one of which
is from jackrabbit-data.

There are two uses of org.apache.jackrabbit.util.LazyFileInputStream.
Jackrabbit (classic) has LazyFileInputStream twice, Oak has LazyInputStream in
commons.
Do we need it at all? If so, move it into oak-blob-plugins for now.
