Details:
With the shipped configuration trying to use a 64-bit value with the '-c'
option can have undesired results.
Changing:
option "counter" c "HOTP counter value" int typestr="COUNTER" no
To:
option "counter" c "HOTP counter value" longlong typestr="COUNTER" no
In 'oathtool.ggo' allows these to function. This is a necessity when using
eSecuTech tokens as they use a 64-bit value for their initial counter.
