Details:
Build does not work under Cygwin, trying to compile v.2.2.0 works partially,
only libaoth compiles, libpskc stops with the following error:
/usr/lib/gcc/i686-pc-cygwin/4.7.3/../../../../i686-pc-cygwin/bin/ld:
.libs/sign.o: bad reloc address 0x20 in section `.eh_frame'
collect2: error: ld returned 1 exit status
Makefile:1052: recipe for target `libpskc.la' failed
make[4]: *** [libpskc.la] Error 1
Please, someone or the author can publish some notes in how to build OATH
Toolkit under Cygwin.
