oath-toolkit participates in dependency loops relevant to architecture
bootstrap. Instead of looking into such a difficult problem, I looked
into easily droppable dependencies and found that datefugde is only used
for testing. As such, it can be annotated <!nocheck>. Please consider
applying the attached patch.
