Guys, The problem is solved and I was able to access the contact api.... The problem was in signing the base string... I was using an incorrect access token secret....
By the way, there is another query: In the contacts api response, the contact email address is embedded in a object which has the corresponding key as "gd$email"... i was stuck here for some time... but tweaked it after some time.... I want to know the possible reasons behind keeping such a key.... Anybody has any idea about why it is so?
