OAuth Core 1.0 has its own IPR agreement. For 1.0a we will simply ask all the companies to sign the same agreement again (plus anyone new).
This list has *no* IPR policy. The IETF has its own useless IPR policy which will be the baseline for the OAuth WG. Anything else will be handled by the App area directors. And none of this has anything to do with the IETF.
