I spent a few hours yesterday whipping up a proper OAuth
Sandbox Service Provider..

It runs 1.0 Rev. A as well as I could read from the spec that
it's supposed to work. Could someone verify the correctness
of the Rev. A. usage.
The sandbox also supports 1.0 (non Rev. A) authentication,
but will display a warning on the User Authentication Page.

There are both a three-legged and a two-legged "protected"
resource so you can test both use cases of OAuth.
(Again, if I understood 2-legged correctly - I understand
2-legged as token-key + token-secret both empty strings)

The consumer-keys you are issued have optional
nonce-checking (you can disable the nonce check per
consumer-key) for easier debugging.
If anyone have other suggestions for debug-friendly additions
(I will add base-string return on signature-failure feature, so
don't mention that particular feature)

The link is:

I have only tested the site in Safari and briefly in Firefox, but
since this is mainly a developer tool I'm not going to be that
upset about any IE shortcomings on the site..

I also updated my OAuth Explorer to Rev. A., but it hasn't
matured to it's own subdomain yet because I have a few features
I would like to add first when I get the time / motivation to do so..

It's located at:
http://sevengoslings.net/~fangel/oauth-explorer/

(Note it uses OOB callbacks and prompts for verifier code before
trying to fetch the Access Token)
