The code in http://oauth.googlecode.com/svn/code/java/core/ is stable;
at least I don't know of any plans to make incompatible changes. It
supports 2-legged and 3-legged flows. It supports OAuth Core 1.0 and
1.0a, although applications must handle the additional parameters for
1.0a.

Compiled code is available from a Maven repository
http://oauth.googlecode.com/svn/code/maven/
For example, the latest oauth-consumer.jar is in
http://oauth.googlecode.com/svn/code/maven/net/oauth/core/oauth-consumer/20090617/
For more information about the .jars see
