Regarding your reference to the Simplified BSD License, could you please clarify what you meant since https://www.ietf.org/archive/id/draft-ietf-oauth-jwk-thumbprint-uri-02.html does refer to the Revised BSD License? There doesn't seem to be a problem in that regard.
