All, Based on the feedback on the mailing list, we think that there is strong support to adopt this document as a WG document. We note that Brian raised a few concerns, and we hope that these will be discussed during the meeting in Bangkok.
Authors, Feel free to submit a new WG draft version that reflects the current content of the individual draft.
