Hi Warren, Thanks for your note. The idea here is to solve cases where a user has several emails under the same IdP but today there’s no standard way for RPs to know that these emails belong to one account. Different IdPs handle this differently.
This draft proposes a simple, consistent way to let RPs know the link between a primary and secondary email(s), so it works the same across IdPs.
