Hi all,

As we prepare for the upcoming IETF meeting in *Vienna*, we wanted to
provide a brief update on agenda planning.

We have received a *very large* number of requests for agenda time.
This is a good sign of the interest in the working group, but it also means
that we need to be careful in how we use the available meeting time.

Our first *priority* will be to make progress on *existing working group *
documents.
We want to ensure that the meeting time helps resolve open issues and move
those documents forward.

At the same time, we recognize that there is significant interest in
discussing new drafts.
In particular, topics related to *agents* have attracted a lot of attention
from many participants.
We would like to make room for that discussion, but we want to focus on it
carefully.
We would like presenters and participants to concentrate on the *problem
statement and gaps *in the current OAuth ecosystem.
We are less interested, at this stage, in detailed solution proposals or
comparisons between competing technical approaches.

Given the number of requests, we will *not* be able to accommodate all
proposed presentations.
We will work with requesters to prioritize topics and may ask some
presenters to adjust their scope, combine related discussions, or continue
the conversation on the mailing list.
If necessary, we will schedule *virtual interim meetings *on selected
topics following the IETF meeting.

Thank you to everyone who has submitted agenda requests and contributed to
the planning.
We look forward to a productive meeting in Vienna.

Regards,
 Hannes & Rifaat
