Hi WG members, We have prepared an open architecture specification (licensed under CC BY 4.0) aimed at establishing deterministic egress verification and hardware-signed mandates for AI agent authorization flows:
* Scope: Decoupling cognitive planning layers from execution units using deterministic CBOR/COSE envelopes, finite execution budgets, and non-Turing-complete hardware gating. * Identity & Border Admission: Leveraging hardware-signed human mandates (Passkeys/COSE) and single-use execution tickets interoperable across asymmetric suites (NIST curves and ISO/IEC 14888). We are seeking initial technical review and feedback from the working group on the mandate schema and its integration with existing RAR (RFC 9396) and GNAP patterns.
