Charlie Squires is a watchmaker in London Ontario, Vet racer for London
Centennial Wheelers, and he was able to crack all challengers this year in
Mallorca. A great guy. His website says he services Seiko, but it may not
include the device to which you refer.
While London is not "in town" as requested, ask him at

may have a reliable and equally capable (well, okay, almost equally
capable!) colleague in town to whom he can refer you.
