Well Randy, you've got to braze those bad brazeons back on the bike. My old
Basso broke, believe it or not, by the bottom bracket. As stated in the
book that I bought, "you'd better bring it back to the bike store - in a bag
if necessary, so that they can bang it back together." Turns out the blue
frame was bent to boot. What a bitch! Bitterly, I boarded the bus for the
bleak ride to my place of business. Brave of me, but I wasn't out of
breath, at least. Though, I did get a bit of bronchitis from the black
smoke billowing out of the Ford Bronco that I walked behind. Should have
bought a face mask, but I looked in my pocket and I was broke. Silly bunt.

Oh, my advice - go see Bertrand.

Best to you,
Bob

One of the braze-ons holding my rack has broken clean off.

Is there a frame-builder in town that can fix this?

I can`t blame Marinoni for the damage, since I`m sure that the damage
flows from a crash I had some time ago that bent my rack on that side.

Randy.
