My wife and I decided to take part in the Almonte 40k Time Trial last night. It was really great (even if a 14 year old kicked my ....) ! The course is fantastic, the organization flawless and as OBC members there was no charge. I understand the ABC will have several more, once a month, and they will also have an 80k Time Trial on August 19. If you have not done one yet make plans for the next one: Sunday July 8 @ 8:00 am.
