Brian,
*OBC* Tuesday Night Tours are from Billings Bridge and led by James Wilson.
If you are referring to Ron Schwartz's evening rides from Kanata, they
are privately organized. I couldn't find any reference to them or any
others as "Tuesday Night Tours" anyway.
