For all those who may have been on the MS Bike Tour, we would like to pass on a note of thanks to all for encouraging our daughter while she rode behind us. Our son slept happily in the trailer. To those others who decided to bring their children -- great. Actually we were pleasantly surprised to see the number of young children doing the tour --some under their own steam and some who were being towed on trailer cycles. We have riden this distance before with the kids but the encouragement from others and the other children, it made a great diifference to her enjoyment. When we got home all she could say was "Are we going to do it again?" Who knows maybe this type of tour is the training ground for a future Rideau Lakes cyclist.
