Ahh memories of Vermont... How sweet they are...

To avoid the dreaded Montreal traffic, it is often better to go
through Cornwall and across US11 and cross at Rousses Pt.

Smugglers notch is always fun. Bram got to ride his tandem solo down
from the top because his stoker (yours truly) was riding Roger's
Guillemette's bike down. Roger had a nice trip down in a pickup. Some
of those corners can be fun. Fortunately, everyone survived... :-)
And speaking of shimmy and Jay's Peak. The year the tour stayed at
"Eagle Lodge" (the tour was much smaller then) Roberto Gualtieri
reported some shimmy on his custom Bertrand. Bram checked it out and
was seem riding no-hands down from Jay Peak. (That year Bram's
"granny gear" was a 21 :-).
