This sounds suspiciously like the comments we heard from a guy in a Caddy last year on
the SEC. This guy owned a
trucking company and was intent on getting cyclists off the road because of illeagal
activity. We (do not remember who
else spoke) mentioned to him the safety factor of riding two abreast, and that when
ever there was lots of traffic we
would single up. Almost sounds to me like Ernie, might be the caddy guy. I think you
should find out who the Ottawa
Police officer was because it is not illeagal in Ottawa to ride two abreast ( I think,
and do so). What red lights are you
talking about, and did you run them?
