You know I am almost afraid to say anything or post anything anymore. I'm tired.
Here is my reply to Following Dreams. I just wanted to add some things and before you read the rest of the message please read the following article by Avery Burdett. It is quite good. You can find it at www.magma.ca/~ocbc Click on reports and scroll down to Ontario, then Click open the last article entitled: Child Bike Education -Action Needed Now. It is very motivating. I decided to act. On April 6, 2001, Avery wrote a posting called OBC Role in Defending Cyclisits Interests. The very last paragraph says, "We do advocate strongly" (as opposed to the monitoring role used earlier) "for cyclsist skills development, and in my opinion insufficient attention is accorded to skills development in advocating on behalf of cyclists. Many problems can be solved by training cyclist and giving them opportunities to ride skillfully..... " Frankly, I am confused, tired, frustrated and wasting too much time and energy. There are some kids I'm going to teach. I don't even want to read any answers any more.
