The OBC mailing list has never been moderated (modulo anti-spam
controls by the list server), unlike others. Anyone who is subscribed
is free to say anything they want, for better or for worse (lately, it
seems more like the latter). The only "gotcha" is once someones hits
"send", their message is out for all to see for virtual eternity.
But you should know that already.
