I assumed that the reference was to the pathway on the north side of the 
Parkway, which is currently designated for pedestrians only until one 
reaches the underpass west of Woodroffe at which point it's a mixed-use
pathway.
While it is nice to meander along by the river, I am not sure I like the 
loss to cyclists of the current south pathway which has multi-access to 
the residential streets.
