Hi ALL C-KAP's Computer is up and running again. All files are intact. Problem was not caused by me, but a faulty CD-ROM that did not upload programs correct.
This caused many faults in the RAM memory Started with 32 RAM now have 122 and a new fan and CD-ROM and a bill for $606.63. However, That beats starting all over again. and some of the programs came with the computer and I would have had to purchase them. Now to sort through the 259 E-mail. Cheers :-) Sir James PS "NO" I did not have a virus of any kind. I thought I caused the problem when updating windows, because I did not disable the virus scan. Turns out that the virus scan I have turns off when you update a program.
