5 riders showed up to go for a spin and chat about old bikes. The rain stayed away and we had a warm and slightly muggy evening. Starting at Billings we ventured South West for about a half hour before deciding the traffic and conditions were not really conducive to having the social ride we were hoping for so we headed back and took a detour in to the Experimental Farm.
Peace at last and we took a few laps around the farm before time required some participants to be on their way. Quite possibly it might just be a relaxed hour of spinning around the experimental farm or perhaps a leisurely loop of the Gatineau Park. Avery also had the good suggestion that perhaps one or two Sundays during the summer we could have a Vintage Group do the Sunday Billings ride. It would be a good chance to get out for a nice long ride on the old steeds... I'll keep folks posted.
