At that site you will find a tool that lets you compute power given all these variables. You'll soon find that the hard part is figgurin-out the DRAG, since it has so many geometrical dependencies you'll find difficult to measure yourself, while sitting on your bike. For simpler equations, climbing specific cases, I'm sure you can still use Analytic Cycling, but Sandiway Fong's site is maybe easier to get a first answer. He only distinguishes road/mtb tire for rolling drag, and a few options for riding positions, so figurrin out your drag as a first approx is easier. http://www.neci.nec.com/homepages/sandiway/bike/climb.html. Do a "view" "source" to see the formulae he uses. Don't be confused by what he calls "climb rate".
