I regret to announce that the Newsletter will not be delivered on time again this month. I will spare you the details as I would probably have to retain a lawyer if I said what is really on my mind right now. Anyhow, I was counting on the Newsletter being delivered before the RLCT so I have decided to post the PDF version on the website for a few days. Please also note the OBC is going to get hit with a high Internet bill this month because we have to pay for any bandwidth we use over a certain threshold. Another "freebee" for non-members.
