What might be a solution is to put large files on a publicly accessable ftp site and mail you the ftp address plus the filename. My employer has such an ftp-site and I've used it to transfer big files instead of e-mailing them. Works quite well. Or just put your contribution on a CD, ride to Barrhaven and drop it in Rod's mailbox.
