Tuesday Night Tour 6:00 PM 02 July 2002. Sir James has arthritis in most of his back and has injured it while building gates and fences to contain his new Airedale (Molly) puppy. This is a ongoing problem which effects James at least once a year with muscle spasms from a pinched nerve. Most of the time I can work my cycling around the problem. However, I tried cycling this morning and every bump hurt. It's just a matter of getting physiotherapy treatment which I am unable to do today.
James will be at Billings bridge at 5:30 PM with route in hand for any cyclist who wishes to ride on a very hot day. See you there but I will pass on this one. should be as good as new by Sunday.
