The slow group of four cyclist, one a non members Ronald Burns and one new to Tuesday night tours (husband in the fast group) led the tour except the first 500 feet. were the fast group had a flat and were seen changing it on the grass of McDonald's. They caught up with the slow group at the half way mark, Blackburn Hamlet but stopped for refreshments while we rode on arriving back at Billings Bridge several minutes before them and yes we made it in daylight. Days are getting shorter, Looks like we will have to limit are rides to no more than 50 Km's. Our new cyclist to Tuesday Night Rides seemed to enjoy themselves and thanked me after.
