Some very sad news from Ottawa On Tuesday evening, September 17, while riding home after the completion of a criterium an the NRC, Phil Brun del re, an employee of Full Cycle, was struck by a vehicle at the intersection of Montreal Rd and the Aviation Parkway. Phil remains unconscious and is in critical (but stable) condition in the Intensive Care Unit at the Ottawa Hospital (Civic Campus). Phil has enjoyed an excellent cycling season this year which included a Victory in the OBC Grand Prix Senior 3 event. At times like this the cycling community is known to rally together and support family and friends.
