Greetings from Kingston: As the Chair of the Kingston Bicycling Advisory Committee and a frequent rider in Ottawa I am disappointed in the recent decision by the OBC board.
Although not an OBC member and probably never will be I find your list very informative. I sometimes ride through the Gats and find scouting reports very helpful. I also would have not sent comments about the Champlain Bridge to the NCC if I had not seen postings on the mailing list. Kingston has long been the destination of the RLCT and from time to time I have forwarded posting to Diane Davies the President of the Kingston Velo Club and other KVC members regarding matters of interest. If you restrict it to members only I will probably not take the time and bother to check out the topica website to read the postings. I hope the OBC executive reverses its new rule so that anyone can subscribe.
