Hi folks,

For those of you who would like to extend your cycling season, Citizens for Safe Cycling will be hosting a Cold Weather Cycling seminar on Wednesday, November 20 at 7:15 p.m. The session will take place at Mountain Equipment Co-op, 366 Richmond Road in Westboro. Please phone MEC at 729-2700 to reserve your spot as space is limited.

Topics to be covered include:

* Weather and physiology
* Clothing
* The Bicycle
* Riding Techniques
* Question and answer period

This information seminar will be presented by CAN-BIKE instructor and
all-season cyclist Graydon Patterson.

**If you are interested in hosting a cold weather cycling seminar at
