Amsterdam, The Netherlands European Cultural Foundation - ECF European Cultural Foundations Grants scheme
We Focus On DIVERSITY: PEOPLE & PROJECTS http://www.eurocult.org/we-support-cultural-cooper The projects supported by the ECF are beacons of cultural collaboration. We have a long history of directly investing in arts and culture, offering funding where funding has traditionally been in short supply: for work that crosses national and cultural borders. Such projects are the life-blood of artistic cooperation. They are our antennae, alerting us to new artistic trends and the varied needs and resources across and beyond Europe. We fund projects that promote European cultural cooperation and exchange - projects by small and medium-sized independent cultural organisations that work on cross-border and inter-regional projects. Currently, our special area of focus at the ECF is the role played by arts and culture in tackling the challenges of cultural diversity. We particularly invite applications that address this topic. WHAT IS ELIGIBLE? The project should have a strong cultural objective. The project should be concerned with European cross border cooperation. In exceptional cases we also support regional cooperation that does not transgress the national level, when ECF considers it to be essential to achieve future European cooperation. All project partners must be involved in the execution of the project. The project has to be organised by a cultural organisation in Europe, or from across the Mediterranean. The project must have a clear end-result that can be evaluated. If your project does not answer to all of these eligibility criteria, it is highly unlikely that it will be supported. We are interested in: projects that express the diversity within our societies and within Europe. ECF has a special diversity focus for 2006-2008. Read more about the ECF diversity focus; projects that improve cultural collaboration within Europe and its immediate neighbourhood; projects that reach beyond the national level, particularly those which forge new connections between countries or regions that would not usually collaborate; projects that approach European developments in an artistic way; projects that are original, and give a new perspective on certain concepts or fields of expertise; projects that have a legacy for the future, and can become substantial as well as sustainable, for example through structural cooperation on an organisational level; projects which bring culture of high quality to places that are usually not part of the international cultural discourse; projects that attract new audiences to the arts; projects that are participatory; projects that have a concrete end-product, to which ECF could give extra exposure data limita: 15/09/07 Kontakt: European Cultural Foundation Jan van Goyenkade 5 1075 HN Amsterdam The Netherlands tel: +31 (0) 20 573 38 68 fax: +31 (0) 20 675 2231 [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://www.eurocult.org sursa:artservis -- Moldova Young Artists Association "Oberliht" skype: us.vladimir http://www.oberliht.org.md . . . . . . . . . . . http://idash.org/mailman/listinfo/oberlist portal informational pentru arta si cultura din Moldova information gateway for arts and culture from Moldova _______________________________________________ oberlist mailing list [email protected] http://idash.org/mailman/listinfo/oberlist
