Libertas Film Festival Call for entries
Submissions for the Libertas Film Festival are now open. All selected works will be notified on April 20th, 2008. Deadline for all entries: 1st April 2008. Eligibility - Must have been completed after 1/1/07 - Must not have been publicly broadcasted (TV or Internet) or exhibited commercially in Croatia prior to the Festival - Must be a Croatian Premiere to be eligible for the Narrative Feature or Documentary Feature Awards - Non-English language works must have English subtitles and be accompanied by a dialogue list in English. If invited, works must have English subtitles for exhibition. Entry Materials All entries must include the following: - Film on DVD (no VHS accepted) - labeled with the work's title, running time, Director name, contact number and email. Please label NTSC or PAL. No other screener format will be accepted. - The official Libertas Film Festival entry form completed and signed. If applying online, you MUST include a printout of your confirmation page. - Entry Fee (non-refundable) Please note: Submitted materials will not be returned. Multiple Entries Each entered work must be accompanied by its own entry form, and by a separate DVD; please do not send a compilation video or DVD. You may use a single check to cover entry fees for all works you submit at the same time. Selection All filmmakers will be notified by April 20th, 2007. Notification will be sent by email, phone, or fax. Most updates and correspondence will be sent via email. Films invited by Libertas and accepted by the filmmaker may not be withdrawn.
