Animafest Pitching Forum time: 4.6.2009. - 6.6.2009. place: Zagreb, Croatia organiser: Animafest url: http://www.animafest.hr/ Submissions are open for the 2nd Regional Pitching Forum for feature projects in development that will be held from 04 - 06 June 2009 within the framework of of the 19th World Festival of Animated Film - Animafest Zagreb and its festival segment aimed at film and animation professionals - AnimafestPro.
AnimafestPro comprises Regional Pitching Forum and Animafest Fund, two complementary elements for stimulation and development of feature animated projects in early stages of production. Regional Pitching Forum is developed as a platform for presentation of feature animation projects in development to producers and potential financiers, whereas Animafest Fund provides financial support for further development of the best regional project presented at the Pitching Forum. Animafest Fund award in the amount of 3.000,00 EUR is given at the discretion of International Pitching Forum Jury to the best project in development. Directors and producers are eligible to submit any feature animation project in development whose country of production is one of the following: Albania, Austria, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Kosovo, Latvia, Lithuania, Macedonia, Montenegro, Poland, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Switzerland and Ukraine.
