Нощ на музеите и галериите – Пловдив 2009


Здравейте,

Организаторите на “Нощ на музеите и
галериите - Пловдив”, отправят и
тази година покана към желаещи, да
участват със свой арт-проект в
събитието, което ще се проведе на 2
октомври (петък) от 18.00 до 03.00
часа.

Програмата на “Нощта” е в три раздела и
поканата обхваща всички тях:
Основна програма – в музеи и галерии;
Съпътстваща програма – други
културни институции, театър, клубове,
книжарници, неформални места;
Програма в градска среда.

Поканата се отправя към кандидати –
артисти, арт-групи, куратори,
галерии, държавни институции,
чуждестранни институти.

Всички кандидатури ще бъдат събрани и
предоставени за избор на
участващите в “Нощта” културни
институции в Пловдив. При одобрение на
проект от тяхна страна, те се свързват с
кандидатите до 10 юли.

Организаторите на “Нощ на музеите и
галериите - Пловдив” не поемат
ангажимент за финансиране на проектите.

Желаещите да кандидатстват трябва да
изпратят:

- описание на арт-проекта
- творческо СV на автора / авторите
- технически изисквания
- изисквания към местната приемаща
културна институция
- за коя част от програмата се
кандидатства - основна, съпътстваща или
програма в градска среда
- при познаване на града, може, да
посочете конкретна галерия, музей или
друго пространство, където бихте желали
да представите проекта си

Open Call
Night of Museums and Galleries - Plovdiv 2009


The organizers of ‘Night of Museums and Galleries - Plovdiv’ again
address an invitation to those who would like to participate with an
art-project of theirs in the event, which will be held on the 2. October
(Friday) from 06.00 pm. To 03.00 am.

The Program of ‘The Night’ consists of three parts and the invitation
applies to all of them:
Basic program- in museums and galleries; concomitant program- other
cultural institutions- theatres, clubs, bookstores, informal places;
program for public places.


The invitation addresses candidates - artists, art-groups, curators,
galleries, public institutions foreign institutes.

All candidatures will be gathered and given up for selection to the
cultural institutions participating in ‘The Night’. The candidates
approved will be contacted till 10. July.

Projects will be accepted till 25. June on e-mail: i...@gallery-night.info

Those who wish to apply for participation have to send:

- art- project description
- Authors’ artistic CV
- Technical requirements
- Requirements toward the local reception cultural institution
- Which part of the program the author/s wishes to apply for- basic,
concomitant or the one in public places.
- If an author is familiar with the town one has the option to choose a
particular gallery, museum or some other place where one would like to
present his/her art-project.

* Six projects selected through the Open call were realized in the
framework of ‘The Night’ in 2007 and five in 2008.
