So- we wonder: why should one move activities toward the center? mikro_makro is a festival working at peripheries. Peripheries, outskirts, fringe suggest, that someone is working away from the center, but not outside, or in abruption. Do we have to move toward the center- toward the interior? What is the sense of peripheries in a democratic, free country? What is the sense of it in science, politics, culture?
