There is no criteria as to the subject/theme of the works. * * *COMPETITION RULES*** Artist from any age, gender, nationality, religion can submit works up to 3 pieces. Films and videos submitted must: - belong to the category of video art , - have been completed on or after 1 January 2007, - be single channel works - be copyright controlled by the artist. *CRITERIA FOR ENTRIES* All submissions are to include: 1- *Entry form*. An entry form must be printed, filled out and signed for each work that you are submitting. 2- *Artwork*. Video pieces must be submitted in video file format "AVI" (with a maximum size of 1,5 Gb) written on a DVD. The runtime of the work must not exceed 15 minutes. All DVD should be clearly labelled showing the title of the work, the year of production, running time and the director's name. Works submitted in languages other than English must be subtitled. 3- *Data CD. *The data cd must contain: 3.1 - A short biography of the artist (between 50 and 100 words), 3.2 - A short description of the submitted work, including a list of previous screenings, 3.3 - Two still images of the work in jpg format. *SUBMISSION DEADLINE*** Entries must arrive at *crosstalk** video art festival*'s address by *00:00 on* *26 February 2010. * *crosstalk** video art festival *does not take responsibility of shipment delays. Submissions that arrive after the deadline will not be considered. *SHIPPING* In case of submissions from outside of Hungary the following is to be written on the envelop: *"DVD for festival.
