Invitation to the International festival /contest "On the wings of Love".
It is well known that the mass media, particularly television has a major
impact in promoting culture, values and attitudes and create the attitude of
young people in society. In order to create a positive culture in the midst of
youth we launch this initiative where everybody could join. Dedicated to St.
Valentine's Day our Festival invites ingenious and inventive young people for a
video spots competition.
Promoted Messages: Peace, Chastity, Faithfulness, Fidelity, Family,
Childhood, bright future, health and acute social topics.
Criteria for participation in the contest:
-Relevant and positive message of the work
-Quality
-Creativity, originality and innovation.
-Humor
Technical details of the spot:
-Up to 5 minutes
-Any video format (DV or HD preferable)
The best works will be awarded and projected at the festival on February
20, 2010.
Participation 40 Euros

Festivalul Pe aripile Dragostei invita tinerii ingeniosi si inventivi la
un concurs de spoturi video, consacrat zilei indragostitilor. Este evident
faptul ca mijloacele de informare in masa, si mai ales televiziunea au un
impact major in promovarea culturii, valorilor, crearea de atitudini si
schimbarea comportamentala in rindul tinerilor si a societatii. In scopul
crearii unei culturi pozitive lansam aceasta initiativa prin care dorim sa
implicam tinerii de toate virstele.
Temele promovate: dragostea, fidelitatea, familia si copilaria,
prietenia, sanatatea sau alte teme sociale stringente.
Criterii generale de participare la concurs:
-Mesaj relevant si pozitiv al lucrarilor;
-Calitate;
-Creativitate, originalitate si inovatie;
-Umor.
Detalii tehnice ale spotului:
-pina la 5 minute;
-orice format video (de dorit DV sau HD).
Cele mai bune lucrari vor fi premiate si vizionate la festival pe 20
februarie 2010.
