In collaboration with Kunsthalle Basel Media partner: Abitare ADAM SZYMCZYK is a curator and writer born in 1970 in Poland. In 1997, he was one of the founding members of the Foksal Gallery Foundation (FGF) in Warsaw. In 2003, he was appointed Director and Chief Curator of the Kunsthalle Basel and, in 2008, he co-curated with Elena Filipovic the 5th Berlin Biennial, entitled "When Things Cast No Shadow."
