There were three parts to "Does Europe exist?": the exhibition *Stitching the Buffer Zone*, the site-specific installation *Relocated* and the exhibition, presentations and roundtable discussion *Citizen Middle East*. The artistic residencies are of an open subject within "transitory" art.
