the Culture Ministry and the Economic Ministry of North-Rhine
Westphalen cooperate to award in September 2015 in Essen the price
for innovations in culture and creative industries contributing
solutions to the major problems of our world today. The price will
be awarded by Minister Garrelt Duin.
This NICE Award is carried out by the european centre for creative
economy in Dortmund together with 15 partners from all over Europe -
including the national agency for creative industries in Austria,
