RO – – – – – Bucureşti în focus – o prezentare de Vlad CĂTUNĂ 25 februarie 2016, ora 18:00 Zpaţiu (Casa Zemstvei Guberniale, str. Al. Şciusev 103, Chişinău) În Bucureşti în anul 2016 există aproximativ 20 de grupuri de iniţiativă civică. În 2010 nu exista niciun astfel de grup. Acest lucru se datora neîncrederii sociale şi gradului scăzut de asociere al bucureştenilor pentru demararea unor acţiuni civice. Pe scurt participare scăzută şi ineficientă. În 2015 s-au creat premisele necesare pentru dezvoltarea unei reţele informale de grupuri civice active la nivelul capitalei – Reţeaua Civică Bucureşti. În tot acest timp, Centrul de Resurse pentru participare publică (CeRe) <http://www.ce-re.ro/home> a ajutat cetăţenii şi grupurile de cetăţeni să aibe o voce puternică atunci când vor să realizeze schimbări la nivel de administraţie; a lucrat cu oameni care au luptat pentru a promova, obţine sau influenţa o decizie publică. Vlad CĂTUNĂ lucrează în sectorul neguvernamental din 2010, colaborând cu diverse organizaţii în proiecte de cercetare, antropologie vizuală, dezvoltare şi organizare comunitară. Printre asociaţiile si fundaţiile cu care a colaborat: Asociaţia pentru Tranziţie Urbană (A.T.U.) <http://www.atu.org.ro/>, Asociaţia Komunitas <http://asociatia-komunitas.ro/>, Asociaţia Culturală Make a Point <http://www.makeapoint.ro/>, Asociaţia Vira <http://www.vira.ro/>, Fundaţia Parteneri pentru Dezvoltare Locală (F.P.D.L.) <http://fpdl.org/ro/>. Din 2014 lucrează ca organizator comunitar la Centrul de Resurse pentru Participare Publică (CeRe) ajutând oamenii să se organizeze şi să acţioneze împreună pentru un interes comun. Vlad a absolvit cursurile Facultăţii de Sociologie din cadrul Universităţii Bucureşti, şi un masterat în antropologie şi dezvoltare comunitară. Comunitate și Participare este un program de acțiuni ce au ca temă participarea și implicare comunităților locale în procese ce țin de guvernarea locală, transparență și democrație. Sciusev str. 103, Chisinau) In Bucharest in the year 2016 there are about 20 civic initiative groups. In 2010 there was no group of such kind. This fact was due to social distrust and the low degree of association of the people of Bucharest in order to start civic initiatives. Briefly, it was the low participation and inefficiency. In 2015 there have been created the premises necessary for developing an informal network of civic groups, active at the level of the capital – The Bucharest Civic Network. For all this time, the The Resource Center for Public Participation (CeRE) <http://www.ce-re.ro/home> helped the citizens and the groups of citizens to have a strong voice when they want to bring changes at the level of administration, worked with people who fought for promoting, obtaining or influencing a public decision. Vlad CATUNA works in the nongovernmental sector since 2010, collaborating with various organizations in projects of research, visual anthropology, development and community organization.
