Un ciclu de prezentări în cadrul programului Bibliotecii Spațiului Public <http://biblioteca.oberliht.com/> 17 februarie 2017, ora 18:00 Zpaţiu (Casa Zemstvei Guberniale, str. Al. Şciusev 103, Chişinău) Imaginea orașului și mentalitatea oamenilor ce-l locuiesc se împletesc în moduri complexe. Ca să le înțelegem ar trebui să revenim la originile orașului, să construim ”poduri ale memoriei” peste întreaga lui istorie pînă azi. Atunci am înțelege că viziunea și imaginea despre oraș a tiraspoleanului obișnuit au fost influențate nu doar de evenimente ce s-au întîmplat în ultimele decenii, ci și de evenimentele din ultimele două secole. Care e imaginea de azi? Prezentarea își propune să urmărească transformările orașului Tiraspol în perspectivă istorică. Vom încerca să prezentăm modul în care s-a modificat planul străzilor, arhitectura, amenajarea și spațiile publice ale orașului, paradigmele ideologice și planificarea urbană, utopia orașului socialist și criza modernismului, orașul Tiraspol în zilele noastre. Prezentarea va fi în limba rusă. Despre organizație. “ДОСТОЯНИЕ” (Moștenire) este o mișcare civică de urbanism și istorie urbană (adresa web: http://urbantiraspol.ru/ <http://urbantiraspol.ru/>). Scopul mișcării – acțiunea comună a publicului activ (inteligenție, oameni de creație dar și cetățeni activi) din Transnistria în scopul protejării moștenirii istorico-culturale a regiunii, păstrării identității regionale, dezvoltarea democrației locale, autoorganizarea comunităților locale și militantism pentru dezvoltarea durabilă a orașelor transnistrene. Raportor: arhitectul Ilia LITVINCIUK, primul președinte al mișcării ”Moștenire” (2013-2015). Originar din Tiraspol, Ilia Litvinciuk este student la masterat în cadrul catedrei de Restaurare a Patrimoniului Arhitectural și Artistic al Institutului de Arhitectură al Universității Politehnice din orașul Lvov (Ucraina). Щусев, 103, Кишинев) Хитросплетения формирования образа города и менталитета проживающих в нем жителей непросты для понимания а то и вовсе недостижимы. Чтобы разобраться в этом, приходится обращаться к истокам основания города, проводить «мостики времени» через всю его историю к современности, и тогда выясняется, что мировоззрение современного тираспольчанина сформировано не только лишь последними десятилетиями, но и целыми двумя веками. Какое оно сегодня? На примере Тирасполя будет рассмотрено изменения города в разрезе исторических событий. Как менялась планировка улиц, архитектура, благоустройство и общественные пространства. Идеологические парадигмы и градостроительные концепции. Вопросы самоуправления и администрирования. Утопия идеального социалистического города и кризис модернизма. Тирасполь в наши дни. Sciusev str. 103, Chisinau) The image of the city and the mentality of the people that inhabit it are interwoven in complex ways. In order to understand them we have to go back to the city’s origins, to build “bridges of memory” across time. Then we will understand that the current view that a typical inhabitant of Tiraspol has, was influenced not only by events that happened in the last two decades, but is was also shaped by events that occurred in the last two centuries. What is this image today? This presentation will attempt to follow the transformatiosn of the city of Tiraspol in a historical perspective. We will present topics such as: how the street planning has changed in time, the architecture, the public spaces and the management of the city, the socialist utopia and the modernism’s crisis, the city of Tiraspol today. The presentation will be in Russian. About the organization: “ДОСТОЯНИЕ” (Heritage) – is a civic movement on urbanism and urban history (web address: http://urbantiraspol.ru/ <http://urbantiraspol.ru/>) The goal of the movement is to organize collective action of active social groups (intelligentsia, artists, citizens) in order to protect the cultural-historical heritage of the region, preservation of the regional identity, development of local democracy, self-organization of local communities and struggle for sustainable development of transnistrian cities. Speaker: Ilya Litvinchuk is an architect, the first president of ”Dostoyanie” (2013-2015). Born and raised in Tiraspol, Ilya Litvinchuk is a master student in the Department of Preservation of Architectural and Artistic Heritage at the Faculty of Arhitecture of the Technical University of Lviv (Ukraine).
