RO #11 Orașul și Culturile Lui cu Antoine Pickels [BE] un ciclu de prezentări în cadrul programului Bibliotecii Spațiului Public <http://biblioteca.oberliht.org/conferinte/> SIGNAL și Klaxon: Corpul dinăuntrul orașului 28 iunie 2017, ora 20:00 Zpaţiu (Casa Zemstvei Guberniale, str. Al. Şciusev 103, Chişinău) Începând cu 2012, CIFAS <http://cifas.be/fr/content/cifas-suite> organizează la Bruxelles o „universitate temporară”, care s-a dezvoltat în mod natural sub forma unui program – SIGNAL <http://www.cifas.be/en/signal> – de lucrări artistice prezentate în spațiul public. Accentul e pus pe arta „vie”, adică toate lucrările discutate sau prezentate implică, la un anumit moment al creării lor, acțiunea sau interacțiunea corpurilor umane – deși unele lucrări pot deveni, în cele din urmă, o propoziție vizuală sau textuală. Temele abordate, începând cu întrebări destul de obișnuite despre Orașul „European”, au evoluat, pe parcursul anilor, de la probleme estetice precum cea a participării, probleme de justiție socială precum locul oferit „corpurilor nedemne” ori probleme politice, precum schimbările pe care le produce terorismul într-un spațiu public dat. Nu peste mult timp, reflecția și creația pe care le adună și le expune SIGNAL și-au găsit o altă vizibilitate prin publicația electronică Klaxon <http://www.cifas.be/en/download/klaxon>, unde unele schimburi și descoperiri făcute în cadrul SIGNAL își găsesc o nouă viață; Klaxon poate fi descărcată gratuit. În prezent, editează revista electronică „Klaxon” și este curator la „Signal” în Bruxelles, ambele proiecte fiind dedicate artei vii în spațiul public. Domeniile lui primare de cercetare sunt dansul contemporan, teatrul experimental, arta live și arta de performance, artele vii în spațiul public și estetica queer. The body within the city June 28, 2017, 8 pm Zpace (Al. Sciusev str. 103, Chisinau) Since 2012, the CIFAS <http://cifas.be/fr/content/cifas-suite> organizes in Brussels a « temporary university » that has naturally grown into a program of artworks presented in the public space, SIGNAL <http://www.cifas.be/en/signal>. The accent is on “Live” art, meaning that all the works discussed or presented involve, at a certain point of their development, the action or interaction of human bodies – though some of the works may end up as a visual or textual proposition. The themes addressed, starting with rather mundane questions about the “European” City, have evolved through the years, from aesthetic issues like the question of participation, social justice issues like the place given to « unworthy bodies », or political questions like the change terrorism produces in a given public space. Very fast, the reflexion and creation SIGNAL gathers and exposes have found another visibility through the e-publication Klaxon <http://www.cifas.be/en/download/klaxon>, where some of the exchanges and discoveries made during SIGNAL find another life – that you can download for free. He currently edits the e-magazine “Klaxon” and curates “Signal” in Brussels, both dedicated to living art in the public space. His main areas of research are contemporary dance, experimental theatre, live art and performance art, public space living arts, and queer aesthetics. This presentation is part of the series City and Culture and is organized in partnership with The International Centre for Training in the Performing Arts under the umbrella of the Public Space Library <http://biblioteca.oberliht.org/> program, a project supported by the European Cultural Foundation, in the framework of Connected Action for the Commons program <http://www.culturalfoundation.eu/connected-action/>, the Ministry of Culture of Republic of Moldova and European Union as part of Creative Europe program.
