București 68/1, Chișinău Căldărarii sunt un clan aparte în rândul romilor. Mai demult, meseria le oferea mijloace de trai și un anumit statut social. În ultimii ani, vasele lor de aramă nu prea mai au căutare, așa că sunt nevoiți să găsească alte căi ca să poată trăi. Țările occidentale sunt o variantă, dar nici acolo nu-i așteaptă câini cu covrigi în coadă. Cu ajutorul unor imagini de excepție, ce poartă amprenta artistului-fotograf și bazându-se pe o documentare de tipul jurnalismului de calitate, echipa Bumbuț-Stancu își face debutul în documentar cu povestea complexă a unei comunități deja marginalizate, în pericol de a-și pierde identitatea ocupațională. La patruzeci de ani, a decis să lucreze doar la proiecte în care crede. Numeroasele sale premii pentru fotografie includ premiul întâi pentru secțiunea arhitectură a Sony World Photography Awards pentru proiectul său Intimate Room. Își publică poveștile fotografice pe website-ul Teleleu.eu. Elena STANCU a lucrat ca jurnalist timp de doisprezece ani. Cinci ani a lucrat ca redactor, apoi ca redactor șef adjunct la revista Marie Claire România. A câștigat mai multe premii și granturi în jurnalism. Din 2013 lucrează la proiectele proprii și își publică poveștile pe website-ul Teleleu.eu. At the age of forty, he decided to work only on projects he believed in. His numerous photography awards include the first prize in the architecture section of the Sony World Photography Awards for his Intimate Room project. He publishes his photographic stories on the Teleleu.eu website. Elena STANCU worked as a journalist for twelve years. For five years she worked as an editor, then as deputy editor-in-chief of Marie Claire Romania magazine. She has won several awards and grants in journalism.
